Diet is defined as taking a well-balanced meal that includes food from all categories – carbohydrate, protein, fat, fibre, vitamins and minerals.
Eating a balanced meal on time is the first step for healthy weight management. Ladies, take note: balanced diet is not exclusive for overweight people;it also fits for those who want to maintain an ideal weight.
Depriving your body of food will cause your systems to go haywire. It will not ensure a smooth and healthy lifestyle. Hence, no matter how busy or where you are, remember to take your meals on a consistent time in a suitable amount.
